Procurement & project management: We handle coordination with sales reps and vendors to order, track, and manage any claims related to your furniture and styling pieces. If a storage warehouse is involved, we’ll manage delivery logistics and ensure everything is in place for a smooth, seamless installation day.

We will also oversee the project through site visits and ongoing coordination with your builder or contractor to ensure every detail aligns with the design vision.

Installation: From furniture placement to final touches, we handle it all—so you can step into a beautifully finished space and simply feel at home.

Just like our full-service design, we manage every detail—from space planning and vision development to installation. We address layout challenges, select customized furnishings and upholstery, and thoughtfully layer each element to create a home that feels effortlessly elevated.

Our Full-Service Styling may include light updates—such as custom paint, wallpaper, decorative trim, or updated lighting—to enhance the overall design. For more extensive renovations or construction-based customizations, our Full-Service Design offering is the ideal fit.

Design Kick-Off: Once your introductory call is complete and the agreement is signed, we begin with a personalized design kick-off meeting via Zoom.

To prepare, we’ll ask you to:

• Share photos or videos of the rooms we are designing so we can understand the space we’ll be working on.

• Provide any inspiration images, Pinterest boards, or architectural plans you may have.

During the meeting, we’ll:

• Discuss your design goals, lifestyle needs, and personal style.

• Review your preliminary budget for furnishings, materials, and accessories so we can align our selections accordingly.

Design Phase: Here’s where the creativity comes to life.

• We’ll present detailed design boards, floor plans, and renderings that visually communicate your fully customized concept.

• Each board includes selections for furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories—giving you a clear, cohesive vision of your future space.

• With each completed design board, you’ll have the opportunity to provide thoughtful feedback. We’ll refine the design based on your notes to ensure it reflects your vision with precision and ease. Your package includes up to three curated revisions per room, allowing us to perfect every detail. Should you desire further refinements, additional revisions are available for a fee.

Final Design & Implementation Tools

Once the design is finalized:

• We’ll deliver a comprehensive shopping list with direct links to each selected item, allowing you to purchase at your own pace and as your budget allows.

• You’ll also receive a polished final rendering of your space, along with detailed styling notes and layout plans—empowering you to bring the design to life with confidence and clarity.

Full Service Interior Design is ideal for larger-scale projects and renovations, offering an elevated, turnkey experience. It includes in-person consultations, detailed project management, site visits, curated furniture procurement, and a fully managed installation process. Virtual Interior Design provides a flexible, remote alternative—perfect for designing one space at a time. You'll receive a fully customized design plan and curated shopping list, allowing you to implement the design at your own pace, as time and budget allow.

We recommend bringing us on as early as possible—ideally before hiring a contractor. As your design partner, Kelly + Co helps shape the overall vision from the start, ensuring every design detail, material, and layout choice is cohesive and intentional.

From expansive great rooms to intimate powder baths and everything in between, our Virtual Interior Design service is tailored to elevate nearly any space in your home—no matter the size or function.

To ensure a seamless start, we encourage you to gather inspiration that reflects your vision—this might include photos of your space, preferred color palettes, and design styles you love. Create a Pinterest board! Sharing examples of rooms or projects that speak to your aesthetic is especially helpful for us to grasp the look and feel you desire. You’ll also be responsible for providing accurate measurements of your space so we can develop precise, to-scale layouts. Thoughtful preparation and clear communication from the beginning allows us to tailor the design to your goals with elegance and ease.

Our pricing is transparent and tailored to the size and function of each room. For smaller spaces—such as mudrooms or laundry rooms—the fee is $2,500 per room. Larger rooms, including kitchens or primary bedrooms, are priced at $4,500 per room. This structure offers clear, predictable investment expectations.

Design revisions beyond the included scope are available for an added design fee per revision. Please note, furniture and accessory costs are not included in the virtual design fees.

Our Virtual Design service focuses on the creative vision—providing layout concepts, a finalized render and styling guidance to bring your space to life. Unlike our full-service offering, this package does not include project oversight or construction management.

For structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical elements, your contractor will take the lead. We recommend sharing our design plans with them to ensure feasibility and accurate execution using locally sourced materials.

While our plans are thoughtfully scaled, we rely on your provided measurements and cannot guarantee final dimensions without being on-site. Clear communication between your contractor and our team will help ensure your vision is executed seamlessly.
